Welcome to Douglas Machining!

We specialize in producing intricate machined components to print or specific customer requirements, serving a wide variety of industrial and specialty markets in the upper Midwest and through the entire United States.

We satisfy both high and low volume requirements for custom parts used in demanding applications. Our short lead-times and responsiveness to customers have caused us to grow significantly since our founding in 2005.

Our capabilities are highlighted by nine multi-tasking mill/turn machines that efficiently produce components with both turned and milled surfaces in a single setup. This reduces cost, increases throughput, and enhances quality. We also have 3 and 4-axis CNC vertical milling machines, conventional CNC lathes, an EDM machine and a variety of inspection equipment including a coordinate measuring machine.

We work with thousands of metal and plastic materials including stainless steel, aluminum, various steel alloys, titanium, non-ferrous alloys and polymers.

Our facility is located along the Mississippi River in Winona, Minnesota, about two hours drive from the Twin Cities and 45 miles east of Rochester, MN, home of the Mayo Clinic.
