Kalee Porter Joins Compass Operating Company
Charlotte, NC – June 29, 2022 – Compass Precision, a Charlotte-based manufacturer of custom, close-tolerance metal components for mission critical applications, announced Wednesday that Kalee Porter has joined Tri-Tec Industries in Charlotte as the company’s new Office Manager.
Kalee has an extensive background in accounting, reception and office management responsibilities while working in a variety of industries. The 4-month Tri-Tec employee expressed her feelings on the new and exciting opportunity.
“I’m extremely thankful, especially to find a job that suits me perfectly,” said Kalee. “Being here is rewarding, the work itself keeps me busy and productive. I enjoy the team, family-oriented environment. It has a small company feel, with a corporate backing.”

Kalee has seized the opportunity within her new role and looks forward to continuing to focus on flourishing into the future.
“When I first started, I was looking forward to getting comfortable and familiar with all of the responsibilities of the position,” said Kalee. “Now, I’m looking to grow and take on additional tasks to help the company thrive into the future. I’m learning each and every day to prosper in my professional career. I’m extremely lucky to have found this position and it has really fit well with my skillset and expertise.”
Kalee accredits much of her success within the new role to her work ethic and constant drive to be successful.
“I’m extremely organized, proactive, focus on attention-to-detail while following-up with customers to create overall customer satisfaction,” said Kalee. “Customers appreciate the care and sincere approach. It ensures the communication is always open and humanizes the experience.”
While Tri-Tec Industries continues to expand into the future, Kalee has her own individual goals to help the company grow through her daily efforts.
“I set my own personal goals for timeliness and productivity,” said Kalee. “I feel communication is key if any issues arise to ensure efficiency and customer service satisfaction. It’s important to take a proactive approach to ensure everybody’s on the same page. Being on the same page is essential to all parties involved, especially if last-minute changes arise.”
