“I’m looking forward to growing the business and serving both existing and new customers with excellence,” said Justin. “Through my leadership I also want to help our people grow and prosper within their careers.”

With new roles and responsibilities come a variety of challenges Justin is prepared for and is ready to take head on.

“I’m walking into a new assignment/role with a new company,” said Justin. “It’s important I learn all of the customers and customs of how they’ve done things in the past. I need to learn and understand what we’ve done in the past and use my knowledge to make us more efficient.”

The new vice president and general manager is looking forward to hitting the ground running in his new role by helping the company and its people grow in the near future and beyond.

“The team members keep us family-oriented and boost the overall morale of the organization,” said Justin. “I want everyone to feel like they’re part of the family. We all spend so much time at work, so I feel it’s important to create and establish an atmosphere to make everyone feel like they belong and are a part of the team. I look forward to using my experience to set the company up for success through best practices and standard operating procedures.”
