Welcome to Bergeron Machine!

We specialize in precision Swiss-style turned components manufactured to extremely tight tolerances and from a variety of materials. Mostly, we use difficult-to-work-with metals like Inconel, Monel, and titanium.

Bergeron has more than two dozen highly automated Swiss screw machines from leading equipment manufacturers such as Citizen and Miyano. Our equipment base is modern and extremely well maintained. Our employees are highly trained and motivated to exceed all customer expectations.

Chuck Bergeron founded Bergeron Machine in 1948. He and his family ran the company until Mark Kelly and Sidney Kuo purchased it in 2008. This duo continued Bergeron’s focus on making the most difficult Swiss turned parts. They also expanded the company’s physical footprint and equipment base.

Highly impressed with the accomplishments of Mark and Sid, Compass Precision acquired Bergeron Machine in 2023.

We focus on small diameter (1/8 inch to 1 1/4 inch), mission critical components, typically with complicated shapes that require exacting surface finishes. Our firm is certified to ISO 9001:2015. We primarily serve customers in the semiconductor, aerospace & defense, and speciality industrial markets.

Bergeron Machine is located in Westford, MA, a suburb of Boston along the I-495 corridor about 30 miles northwest of the city. We operate from a modern 14,700-square foot facility that includes a 3,000-square foot addition completed in 2021.
